In the dynamic world of cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Shiba Inu are currently navigating through pivotal support levels. Bitcoin recently retreated to approximately $77,300 after failing to breach the $80,000 to $81,000 range. Ethereum, maintaining a sideways trend, is at $2,441. Meanwhile, XRP is attempting to stabilize between $1.33 and $1.36. Shiba Inu has slipped below its rising trend line, suggesting increased vulnerability.

What Is Influencing Bitcoin and Ethereum?

Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency by market cap, is displaying sensitivity to shifts in global risk appetite. Climbing above $81,000 recently, it now faces downward correction pressures as U.S. inflation data and upcoming Federal Reserve decisions loom. Rising bond yields and oil prices have contributed to a cautious sentiment in the market. An analysis indicates Bitcoin is sitting within the $76,000 to $77,000 range, considered a crucial short-term support zone.

Bitcoin’s primary short-term support lies between $76,000 and $77,000.

Limited to a technical correction, Bitcoin’s first dynamic support is at $75,967, with major averages at around $72,863, $70,675, and $70,417, showing that the August breakout momentum remains intact. However, a declining relative strength index (RSI) at 55.5 signals weakened upward momentum. Failure to hold the $76,000 to $77,000 band may push Bitcoin towards $72,800 to $73,000, while reclaiming $79,000 could revisit the $80,000 to $82,000 zone.

Ethereum is also experiencing compression. Having climbed from $1,900 to over $2,500 in August, it currently hovers at $2,441. Immediate dynamic support stands at $2,362, with longer-term averages at $2,190, $2,148, and $2,115, suggesting that maintaining the $2,360 to $2,400 range ensures the August breakout structure remains valid.

A close below $2,350 could severely damage Ethereum’s current structure.

Support Challenges for XRP and Shiba Inu?

XRP, linked to the Ripple ecosystem, is in a delicate position at $1.36, losing much of its August gains. Short and long-term averages converge around $1.337 and $1.355, respectively, making the $1.33 to $1.36 range critical. XRP’s previous bullish trend from $1.00 to $1.70 was not sustained above $1.50, with lower peaks forming at $1.45, $1.43, and $1.41. If it closes below $1.33, a drop to $1.24 becomes a risk, while a recovery may target $1.40 to $1.42.

Shiba Inu’s outlook appears bleaker, dipping to approximately $0.00000509, a decline of around 3.2%. The breakdown of its rising trend line suggests structural weakening, with the proximity of moving averages at $0.00000517, $0.00000504, and $0.00000494 highlighting $0.0000049 to $0.0000050 as a near-term support zone.

Shiba Inu’s RSI has fallen to 48.2, slipping below both the signal average and the neutral 50 threshold, indicating a lack of buyer confidence in the short term. If $0.0000049 is breached, attention may shift to $0.0000046 and potentially the August low at $0.0000044. Conversely, reclaiming $0.0000053 might improve its short-term outlook.

  • Bitcoin faces a key support zone between $76,000 and $77,000; failure below this may test $72,800 to $73,000.
  • Ethereum needs to sustain the $2,360 to $2,400 range to maintain its August breakout structure.
  • XRP’s critical range is $1.33 to $1.36; a breach below could risk deeper corrections.
  • Shiba Inu could see further declines if support at $0.0000049 fails, with previous lows at risk.

Moving forward, market participants will likely focus on macroeconomic indicators and policy announcements, which could significantly impact these cryptocurrencies’ trajectories. As these digital assets hover around their support zones, their future movements will be critical for investors to watch closely.
