In recent days, Dogecoin, Cardano, Aave, and Bonk have emerged as notable movers within the cryptocurrency market, each displaying signs of short-term recovery. However, their future trajectories hinge on surpassing critical price levels, with Aave showing the most robust upward momentum, while Dogecoin and Cardano hover just below pivotal thresholds. Bonk, although attempting a recovery, remains in a more fragile state.
Dogecoin Struggles to Stay Above Key Level
After sliding to around $0.069 in August, Dogecoin bounced back to approximately $0.0954. On the daily chart, a significant factor is its positioning just above the long-term moving average at the $0.093 to $0.094 range, a level that previously acted as resistance during declines.
Following a late-September rally, DOGE managed to rise above this zone, only to retreat slightly, yet it remains balanced just above this key area. Maintaining the $0.093 level supports the notion that this former resistance has turned into a support area. Should DOGE drop below this level, attention would shift back to $0.091, followed by the $0.085 to $0.088 range.
Dogecoin needs to hold the $0.100 mark in the short term to confirm bullish momentum, with sustained closes above the $0.100 to $0.106 band necessary for a robust upward confirmation.
The immediate obstacle going upward is $0.100. Despite briefly surpassing this level during the recent upswing, it failed to maintain it, pulling back after reaching around $0.106. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) remains above the mid-50s, suggesting that there is room for further upward testing before hitting the overbought zone.
Cardano Secures Position Above $0.24
Cardano surged from around $0.195 to over $0.25 in the second half of September, retaining much of these gains. Currently trading near $0.252, its attempts to break above $0.26 have been unsuccessful so far, yet the short-term outlook appears stronger compared to prior periods.
A key transformation on the charts is the breaching of the long-term moving average around $0.24. Previously a resistance, this area did not see a decisive break during recent pullbacks, establishing it as a critical short-term support. Shorter-term moving averages rising within the $0.21 to $0.23 range indicate multiple support levels below.
Nevertheless, the $0.26 to $0.265 band continues to act as a primary barrier. Overcoming this zone would surpass recent local highs and potentially create space for a rise toward $0.28.
Aave Leads with Strong Market Movement
In the current market rally, Aave stands out as one of the best performers among high-volume assets. Trading predominantly in the $120 to $140 range throughout September, AAVE experienced a strong breakout, ascending to approximately $182 and reaching an intraday high of $188. Aave is a prominent protocol in decentralized finance (DeFi), facilitating lending and borrowing services.
The daily outlook features higher lows and higher highs, with the price distinctly above key moving averages, indicating the maintenance of an uptrend. The breakout at $150 was supported by one of the most significant volume surges in recent months, underscoring the move’s strength.
The $187 to $190 range emerges as the immediate hurdle for AAVE; surpassing this range could bring the $200 level back into the spotlight.
However, the rapid ascent increases the risk of a correction. The RSI is approaching overbought territory as AAVE has climbed over 50% from its September lows. If a pullback occurs, $170 serves as the first line of support, while the $155 to $160 range gains importance lower down.
Bonk’s Recovery Remains Tentative
Bonk has risen to approximately $0.00000382, representing one of the most vigorous recovery attempts in recent months. Despite this positive move, it has yet to establish a breakout structure as clear and defined as that seen in Aave. Its advance beyond the mid-range moving averages between $0.0000031 and $0.0000035 is seen as a positive development.
The next challenge lies in the $0.0000040 to $0.0000042 range. Although tested, a definitive daily close above this area has not occurred. Clearing this zone could open a path towards the $0.0000045 to $0.0000049 range. Nonetheless, the long-term moving average remains downward sloping around $0.0000048, indicating that it’s too early to declare an end to the broader downtrend.
