AltLayer is a public, fully decentralized protocol designed to facilitate the launch of native and re-staked rollups, offering an innovative framework known as Restaked Rollups. This new concept aims to provide advanced security, decentralization, interoperability, and crypto-economic rapid finality for rollups converted from any stack, such as OP Stack, Arbitrum Orbit, Polygon CDK, and ZK Stack.
