The cryptocurrency market is grappling with uncertain short-term prospects as Shiba Inu, Zcash, Stellar, and Solana experience weak trading volumes and volatile price actions. Although critical technical levels hold steady, the directional clarity for these digital assets hinges on moving beyond their current price ranges.
Shiba Inu Stalled in Tight Range
Trading around $0.00000534, Shiba Inu remains beneath its 200-day moving average at approximately $0.00000565, failing to establish a foothold above this threshold since late September. The latest pullback brings the price closer to the 100-day moving average at around $0.00000530. Earlier in the month, the $0.00000510 mark emerged as a support level where buyers previously stepped in. However, subdued trading volumes are confining recovery attempts, with the Relative Strength Index hovering near 45, indicating no clear oversold or bottoming patterns.
Shiba Inu’s short-term direction hinges on the ability to maintain within the $0.00000510 to $0.00000565 range; a break outside this band could signal the next move.
Zcash Struggles to Stabilize Post-September Losses
Zcash is trading at approximately $1,262 after a sharp correction from its late September peak of $1,700, which saw it plummet to $1,110 by October 7. The downturn moderated around the 50-day moving average near $1,190, allowing a recovery past the $1,200 mark. The maintenance of the $1,190 support is critical in the short term; failure to uphold this level might bring a lower average near $980 back into focus. Nevertheless, the long-term perspective remains optimistic, with upward-trending averages suggesting an intact primary trend.
The Relative Strength Index’s retreat to around 50 reflects a cooling off from September’s overheated conditions, while modest trading volumes point to a subdued market environment. The $1,300 to $1,350 range serves as the initial robust resistance for any upward momentum.
Stellar and Solana Hold Steady at Support Zones
Stellar, trading at $0.1971, has declined roughly 3% intraday. The price resides just above clustered moving averages within the $0.192 to $0.193 range. After dipping to $0.185 at the start of the month, Stellar rebounded swiftly, establishing the current band as a key threshold defended by buyers.
In Stellar’s case, the $0.204 to $0.210 range represents a near-term resistance area, and a close above $0.210 could fortify the outlook. Otherwise, a retest of the $0.185 level remains possible.
The $0.192 to $0.193 region for Stellar is pivotal for the short-term outlook, while Solana needs to maintain support around $107.
Solana is trading near $108.91, down about 2% today. After nearly reaching $125 at the end of September, the price retracted sharply, particularly amid the October 6 sell-off that drove it to $105.50. Presently, the 100-day moving average around $107.50 offers key support.
If Solana dips below this level, the $100 mark could resurface. On the upside, the $113 to $115 zone is identified as a concentrated area of short-term resistance. Dwindling trading volumes indicate that selling lacks panic elements, yet buying appetite remains restrained.
