Huang expressed confidence that Blackwell’s launch will set a new success record for the company.

Unveiling the DGX SuperPOD: An AI Juggernaut

The new DGX SuperPOD was announced by Nvidia as a more potent AI supercomputer, which embodies an ‘AI learning factory,’ equipped with Grace Blackwell super chips. Capable of handling vast data, the DGX SuperPOD is designed for super-scale AI training and inference workloads, featuring 11.5 exaflops of AI supercomputing capacity and 240 terabytes of fast memory.

Nvidia Inference Microservice: Coding Simplified

Nvidia also launched Nvidia Inference Microservice (NIM), a software service set to change software development. Huang claimed that NIMs would allow for the creation of AI without writing any code and will be accessible via cloud from Nvidia’s online hub.

Project GROOT: Breaking Ground in Robotics

‘Project GROOT’ marks Nvidia’s latest stride in robotics, with a new sensory chip designed to enable robots to mimic human actions and speech, paving the way for applications in autonomous driving, manufacturing robots, and interactive customer service.

Digital Twin Ambitions: Nvidia’s Earth-2 Project

Lastly, Nvidia’s endeavor to craft digital twins of real-world objects was epitomized by the “Earth-2” project, announced by Huang. This ambitious initiative aims to create a digital replica of Earth to improve weather modeling and disaster prediction accuracy.
