Halkbank Announces an Exciting Event in the Metaverse Sector

In 2021, one of the most attention-grabbing sectors in the cryptocurrency market was the metaverse. The project developed by Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Meta, and the renaming of Facebook to Meta indicated a significant development in the industry. Halkbank announced a notable event in the metaverse space on November 28.

It was stated on Halkbank’s official website that they announced a program titled “A Beautiful Life in the Metaverse.” The program, starting with the tourism sector, will shine a light on entrepreneurs’ businesses each month, focusing on predetermined topics. Leading academics, industry professionals, and significant figures will share their ideas with participants in the metaverse environment.

The first session of the program will take place at the Halkbank Metaverse Event Center on November 30, moderated by Dr. Sinan İbiş. The theme of the first part is determined as “Secrets in the Tourism and Care Economy,” and leading figures in the tourism industry will participate in the program.

For the event on November 30, many leading names in the sector will participate, including Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Uysal, Head of the Tourism Marketing Department at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Prof. Dr. Musa Pınar from the Marketing Development and Brand Department at Indiana Valparaiso University.

There is an application form available on Halkbank’s official website for everyone who wants to participate in the program. You can apply by leaving your name, surname, and email address on the form. Moreover, it is sufficient to indicate the month you wish to participate in. Participants will receive an email providing access the day before the event. It is recommended that participants use a laptop or desktop computer for participation, as joining via mobile devices is not possible. After selecting an avatar, participants can successfully join the event.
